ChronosUI（以下稱「本軟體」）是由 augustusw 開發的開放原始碼桌面應用程式，用於檢視與管理你電腦上既有的排程工作。下載、安裝或使用本軟體，即代表你同意本條款。
本軟體不是網路服務：沒有帳號、沒有註冊、沒有伺服器，開發者不營運任何與本軟體相關的線上服務。因此本條款不包含服務可用性、服務中斷或帳號終止等約定，因為沒有可中斷或可終止的東西。
本軟體依 Apache License 2.0 授權。你可以自由使用、修改與再散布，條件依該授權條款所定，包含保留著作權聲明與 NOTICE 檔案、標示你所做的修改等。完整條款見原始碼庫中的 LICENSE 與 NOTICE。
本條款不縮減 Apache-2.0 授予你的任何權利。若本頁文字與 Apache-2.0 條款有衝突，以 Apache-2.0 為準。
向本專案貢獻程式碼須附 DCO 簽署（Signed-off-by）。
請務必理解這一節。本軟體會讀取並且可以修改你電腦上的排程設定。
schedmgr 包裝起來。這個包裝保留原本的工作目錄、環境變數與結束代碼，並且可以一鍵還原。實際的改寫方式記載於原始碼庫的 docs/crontab.md。首次接管或編輯排程時，macOS 會顯示權限提示，因為 cron 檔案位於受保護的位置。相關說明見隱私權政策與原始碼庫的 README。
本軟體不整合任何分析、廣告或追蹤服務。詳見隱私權政策。
本軟體以「現況」（as-is）提供，不附任何明示或默示之擔保，包含但不限於適售性、特定目的適用性與無侵權之擔保。此為 Apache-2.0 第 7 條之內容，於此重申以求明確。
本軟體不保證能正確辨識所有排程設定、不保證擷取到完整的執行輸出、亦不保證在所有作業系統版本與環境下皆能運作。本軟體不是監控服務：它不會替你保證排程一定會執行，也不保證失敗時通知一定送達。
於中華民國法律允許之最大範圍內，augustusw 對因使用或無法使用本軟體所造成之任何直接、間接、附帶、特殊或衍生性損害不負賠償責任，包含但不限於排程未執行、排程執行結果不如預期、資料遺失，或 crontab 內容遭改寫所生之損失。
本軟體之程式碼依 Apache-2.0 授權，你在該授權範圍內的使用、修改與散布均無需另行取得同意。
惟「ChronosUI」名稱、圖示與品牌識別不在該授權範圍內。依 Apache-2.0 第 6 條，該授權不授予商標權。若你散布修改後的版本，請勿使用可能造成混淆的名稱或圖示。
本條款如有修改，將更新本頁頂端的版本與日期。由於本軟體在你自己的電腦上執行、沒有帳號機制，恕無法逐一通知；建議在更新版本時順道查看本頁。
本條款依中華民國法律解釋與適用，相關爭議以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

ChronosUI ("the Software") is an open-source desktop application by augustusw for viewing and managing the scheduled jobs that already exist on your computer. By downloading, installing or using it, you agree to these terms.
The Software is not an online service. There is no account, no sign-up and no server, and the developer operates no online service in connection with it. These terms therefore contain no undertakings about availability, downtime or account termination, because there is nothing to interrupt or terminate.
The Software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify and redistribute it on the terms of that licence, including retaining copyright notices and the NOTICE file and stating any changes you make. The full text is in LICENSE and NOTICE in the repository.
Nothing on this page reduces any right the Apache-2.0 licence grants you. Where this page and that licence conflict, the Apache-2.0 licence governs.
Contributions require a DCO sign-off (Signed-off-by).
Please read this section. The Software reads and can modify the scheduling configuration on your computer.
schedmgr binary. The wrapper preserves the original working directory, environment and exit code, and is reversible in one click. The exact rewrite is documented in docs/crontab.md.The first time you adopt or edit a job, macOS shows a permission prompt, because cron files live in a protected location. See the Privacy Policy and the repository README.
The Software integrates no analytics, advertising or tracking service. See the Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This restates section 7 of the Apache-2.0 licence for clarity.
It is not guaranteed to detect every scheduling configuration, to capture complete output, or to work on every operating system version and environment. The Software is not a monitoring service: it does not guarantee that your jobs will run, nor that a failure notification will be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan), augustusw is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Software, including without limitation jobs that did not run, jobs that ran differently than expected, data loss, or losses arising from changes made to a crontab.
The source code is licensed under Apache-2.0, and no further permission is needed to use, modify or redistribute it within that licence.
The name "ChronosUI", the icon and the brand identity are not covered by that grant. Under section 6 of the Apache-2.0 licence, the licence conveys no trademark rights. If you distribute a modified version, please do not use a name or icon likely to cause confusion.
If these terms change, the version and date at the top of this page are updated. Because the Software runs on your own computer and there is no account, individual notice is not possible. Checking this page when you update is a reasonable habit.
These terms are governed by and construed under the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance for any dispute.
